Mandatory Customer Walkthrough: Technicians must complete an initial vehicle condition audit prior to service. If excessive soilage (e.g., heavy pet hair, mud, sand, bio-waste) or non-cleared trash/car seats require an add-on fee or extra dirty surcharge, technicians will notify you for approval before initiating work.
Deposit & Payment Terms: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for booking confirmation. All payments must be made immediately after service completion, no exceptions. A $25 late fee will be applied to your ticket per day for overdue balances.

Premium Automotive Detailing Services Policy Guidelines
1. Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection & Documentation
We reserve the right to photograph and video record vehicle conditions before initiating work to document pre-existing defects, scratches, or wear.
2. Pre-Existing Damage
We are not liable for pre-existing material damage, failing clear coat, loose trim, or aged interior wear.
3. 24-Hour Post-Service Inspection
Clients have 24 hours to notify us of service quality concerns for touch-up evaluation.
4. Detailing Service Limitations
Detailing restores and enhances appearance but does not guarantee total elimination of deep permanent defects.
5. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction
Paint correction safety depends on remaining clear coat depth. Additional work requires written approval.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Please remove personal belongings prior to technician arrival.
7. Payment, Deposits & Late Fees
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is due immediately upon service completion. A $25 late fee per day applies to overdue balances.
